Who can apply?
Grants are awarded only to
501(c)3 nonprofit organizations and qualifying agencies.
Clayton Foundations do not grant
funds to: Individuals, Private Foundations, non-US Charities, or
Type III Supporting Organizations (unless functionally integrated).

Do the Foundations
have a geographic focus?
Grants are primarily awarded
where Clayton Banks and other family businesses are located. Rarely
are grants awarded to organizations located in Chattanooga,
Memphis, Nashville or the Tri-Cities. At this time, the Clayton
Foundations do not accept applications from organizations outside
Tennessee.
